St. Louis County PDMP Goes Live April 25 – Important Information for Physicians

The St. Louis County Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) will be fully operational on April 25, 2017. Registration is now open, and users may enroll, create an account and upload validation documentation.

PDMP Registration

Users must create an account and upload validation documentation. Validation documentation requirements vary by user role, and users will be asked to upload one of the following:
– state professional license
– employer-issued ID, or
– employment verification letter.

The PDMP will be fully operational on April 25, 2017. Before April 25, 2017, users will be able to review their user profile and dashboard.
