Membership Applications
Physician
Any doctor of medicine or osteopathy of good professional standing, legally qualified, residing or practicing in St. Louis City or St. Louis County, and whose professional conduct is in accordance with the generally accepted principles of medical ethics shall be eligible for Active membership.
Any physician who has graduated in medicine or osteopathy and is currently enrolled in a training program – internship, residency, or fellowship – is eligible for Resident/Fellow membership.
Click here to complete an online membership application. Your application will be processed upon receipt of your initial dues payment. You will receive membership materials by mail once your application process is complete and you have been elected to membership.

Resident/Fellow
Any resident or fellow enrolled in an accredited training program is eligible for Resident/Fellow membership. Resident/Fellow membership are free of charge, but you must re-apply for Physician membership once you have completed your training.

Resident/Fellow Membership Application (PDF)
Student
Any student enrolled in an accredited medical school leading to the degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy is eligible for Student membership. Student membership are free of charge, but you must re-apply for Physician membership once you have graduated from your program of study.
